All chauffeur service charges include:

• Professional Chauffeur
• Fuel Charges
• Toll Charges
• Airport Parking Charges
• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

Complimentary bottled drinking water is provided in all vehicles for passenger comfort.

Waiting Time Policy

Airport Pickups

• 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
• Additional waiting time will be charged as per the applicable tariff.

Airport Drops & Point-to-Point Transfers

• 20 minutes complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting time will be charged accordingly.

Additional stops, route diversions, or itinerary changes during transfers may result in extra charges.

• Email
• Phone Call

Advance Booking Requirement

• Standard Vehicles: Minimum 4 hours prior notice
• Premium Vehicles / Luxury SUVs / VIP Fleet: Minimum 12 hours prior notice

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from G E L Saudia.

Pricing & Payments

• All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary during peak periods, public holidays, special events, or high-demand seasons.
• Additional hours, waiting time, parking fees outside standard inclusions, and extra stops will be billed separately.
• Full payment may be required in advance for selected premium or long-distance bookings.

Passenger Conduct

To maintain the highest level of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury service standards:

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol, food, or beverages other than water is not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior during the service.

G E L Saudia reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of local regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Vehicles

• More than 8 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges
• Less than 8 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation charges
• No-show or cancellation at pickup time: 100% charges apply

Premium Vehicles / Luxury SUVs / VIP Fleet

• More than 12 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% charges apply

No-Show Policy

A booking will be considered a no-show if:

• The passenger cannot be contacted
• The passenger fails to appear within the complimentary waiting period
• Incorrect pickup information is provided

In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged.

Liability Disclaimer

While G E L Saudia is committed to delivering a seamless and reliable experience, the company shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Mechanical breakdowns
• Flight delays or operational disruptions beyond company control

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, G E L Saudia will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.

Child Safety

Child seats can be arranged upon request, subject to prior notice and availability.

Passengers traveling with children are encouraged to request appropriate seating arrangements during booking confirmation.

Lost & Found

G E L Saudia is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles. However, any recovered items will be reported and returned whenever possible.

Right of Refusal

G E L Saudia reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is considered:

• Unsafe
• Abusive
• Threatening
• In violation of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations

Governing Jurisdiction

All services provided by G E L Saudia are governed under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
