Do you offer service outside Riyadh or in other GCC countries?
Yes. Alongside Riyadh, GEL offers chauffeur services across the GCC, including Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, as well as inter-GCC executive travel.
Do chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, our chauffeurs are trained in professional hospitality and speak English.
What's the cancellation policy?
For standard vehicles: free cancellation more than 8 hours before pickup, 50% charge inside 8 hours, full charge for no-shows or cancellations at pickup time. For premium/luxury SUV/VIP vehicles: free cancellation more than 12 hours before pickup, 50% charge inside 12 hours, full charge inside 4 hours or for no-shows.
Is fuel included?
Yes, fuel is included in every booking.
How much advance notice do you need?
Standard vehicles: minimum 4 hours. Premium vehicles, luxury SUVs, and VIP fleet: minimum 12 hours.
What's included if I'm picked up from the airport?
60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from actual landing (not scheduled arrival). Point-to-point transfers get 20 minutes complimentary waiting.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at checkout/confirmation in accordance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations.
